Rental Rate & Reservations
Unit 114’s regular rental rate is $226. Winter season rate (mid-Dec to mid-Apr) $252. There are rate discounts for stays of 10 days or more. And there’s a bigger 15% rate discount if you book within 60 days of check-in. Book online HERE. Basic Rental Rate
* Notes on the 15% Last Minute Rate Discount:
– Rate Discount may not be combined with other discounts or agency commissions
– To make sure you receive this Rate Discount, don’t book online: telephone the Rental Office directly and request the 15% discount.
Deposit. 3 nights at daily rate. Christmas/NewYears: full payment by September 1. Balance remaining after deposit plus taxes and cleaning fee is due at check-in.
Refunds. Refundable up to 60 days prior to check-in less a $50 cancellation fee. Within 60 days, refundable less $50 if we can re-book the space. Christmas/NewYears not refundable.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights. Christmas or New Years: 7 nights.
Check-In. Check-in time 3:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
Payment. Online bookings may be paid by Mastercard, Visa or Discover. To pay by personal check or American Express, phone the Rental Office.

How to Book
Check our rental listing and click the Rates and Availability tab for open dates. Select any open dates and you’ll have a chance to make your reservation. The online system will allow you to book up to approximately one year in advance; if you need to make longer term plans, contact Art & Nola.
Add a note in the “Special Requests – Comments” field if you have special requirements.

Tips for a Happy Vacation
Hold Your Lodging, Then Book Airline
It’s best to hold your condo dates first, then get airline tickets. If the airline requires you to shift dates, we’ll be happy to shift your condo reservation dates at no charge, space permitting. [If you were to book the airline first, then find that Unit 114 isn’t available those dates, the airline might charge you to make a change!] Or, here’s another way: phone the Rental Office and ask them to pencil in your dates and verify your rental rate. Then get your airline tickets, then call the office again to confirm your exact dates.
Here’s some advice for different times of the year:
Winter Season (Dec 16 to Apr 15)
Unit 114 is very popular with “snowbirds,” many of whom book a full year in advance. Ten days before the first of each month, our online system starts accepting reservations for arrivals during that month one year later – that is, if you plan to arrive January 15, 2021, you can book that reservation starting December 21, 2019. An early booking will give you your best choice of dates, unless your dates are being held for a regular repeat guest or for the owners. In the winter you’ll find a quieter group of guests, many of whom visit the Cove every year.
Family Season (June, July & August)
The summer is popular for families with children. These guests usually start booking Unit 114 about six months in advance.
Spring & Fall (May, September, October & November)
Maui is popular year round, but these months tend to be quieter and enjoy the lower “Regular Season” rental rate. If your dates are flexible, you can save even more with the Last Minute Discount, by booking Unit 114 within 30 days of arrival.
Just need to stay 1 or 2 nights? The online system requires a minimum of 3 nights, but if you need a shorter stay, we’ll accommodate you if we can do so without interfering with longer-stay guests. Do you need to plan more than a year ahead and confirm exact dates? You can e-mail Art & Nola (email@example.com) or phone the Rental Office. We or they will block out dates for you, unless they are being held for repeat guests or for our own use.
